Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change. Here’s how our cancellation process works:

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may refuse delivery, and our Return to Origin (RTO) policy will apply.

To request a cancellation, please email us at connect@divineroots.shop with your Order ID and reason for cancellation.
Note: Repeated order refusals may affect your ability to place future orders.
